Day 49: Rest Day

This is our second rest day in a row, since we skipped Saturday’s workout.   We are okay with that, although I feel like something isn’t right, like I didn’t brush my teeth before going to bed or something!

Day 48: Skipped

We completely skipped Kenpo today!  Some scheduling conflicts.

Day 47: Legs & Back

Still lovin’ this.    I upped my weights and lowered my reps and felt a HUGE difference in my arms afterward!

Day 46: Yo no me gusta Yoga

Still really struggling with this.  Just found out I can sub Cardio X for yoga, so during recovery week, 2 of the kids and I will do Cardio while DH and the other kid does Yoga.

Day 45: Back & Biceps; Ab Ripper

Hey, I’m half-way through!!!!    Can’t believe it!

 So - I need to kick it up a notch.   I’m adding 5 lbs. to my dumbbells so I can do less reps now.   I was doing way too many on the lighter weights and not getitng my muscles.   My arms are really sore so I know it is working.

Day 44: Plyometrics

Whew, always a tiring workout.   I’m really looking forward to the day I have more stamina for this!

Day 43: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps; Ab Ripper

Having such a time with the push ups.    I tend to do many of them half way.    I also increased my weights and lowered my reps so for instance last time I would use a 10 lb. weight and do over 10 reps, this time I used a higher weight and did 8 reps, for muscle-building.

Day 42: Rest

Day 41: Kenpo

Still playing catch up here.   Kenpo went just fine!
