Day 3: Shoulders & Arms; Ab Ripper

Last night I really got my behind kicked to the floor with a surprisingly hard work out in Taekwondo.    I need a heart monitor!   I wish I knew what those guys in the video were using, it looks like they just check their watches and don’t need to gauge anything.

 Today was the Shoulders & Arms, this was a great work-out.    Then the Ab Ripper, which is done Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.   Every day a new part of me gets sore, and I told DH that by the end of the week all of me should be equally sore (hopefully!).  But it’s a sore I can handle, unlike the TKD sore that occurs when Mr. Hong has me do a million axe kicks.

 DH sat out of this one today but will be joining us tomorrow for Yoga X.
