Day 45: Back & Biceps; Ab Ripper

Hey, I’m half-way through!!!!    Can’t believe it!

 So - I need to kick it up a notch.   I’m adding 5 lbs. to my dumbbells so I can do less reps now.   I was doing way too many on the lighter weights and not getitng my muscles.   My arms are really sore so I know it is working.
