Day 8: Chest & Back; Ab Ripper

We had to start right at 6 AM as DH had an early meeting to leave for.    I didn’t get nearly enough sleep and the work-out was really hard on me.   Most of the reps I did less than last week.    We are going to do Ab Ripper later in the day as we ran out of time.  

 I am eating a lot more raw than I was last week which is great.   I feel so much better on raw.   The only non raw thing I had was some rice paper in a wrap I made and some trail mix.   

 Gotta get those z’s….
