Practice: Legs & Back

We decided that we’ll just run 5-7 as practice and then really start day 1 on Monday so today we all did the #5 Legs & Back DVD.  

 It was a strenuous work-out but I felt pretty energetic afterward.  

 We all did carrot/apple/celery juice before the workout.

After workout we had fresh OJ, banana, strawberry smoothie with hemp protein, Vitamin C and multidophilus.
