Practice: Stretching

I didn’t think it’d be a whole hour of stretching, but by golly it was!    DH and the kids were pretty sore before and it seemed to help them.  I was mildly sore before and after - and a few of the stretches were a little too hard on my hips.  

 Tomorrow is really officially day one.  I can’t believe it.  I feel like we’ll be on day 4, and I guess techinally, we will be.

 Just a side note here:  I’ve been doing a lot of isometrics with my arms while rebounding - holding arms out at sides, different positions, etc. and I can surely tell the difference.   Last night at Church we prayed over some people and I stretched out my arm toward them and could hold it through the whole prayer.   Normally I have to switch arms mid-prayer as they get really sore.   So it was great to have that strength and not to have to think about how sore my arm is getting!
