Did that – yes it all hurts too!

Day 43: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps; Ab Ripper

Having such a time with the push ups.    I tend to do many of them half way.    I also increased my weights and lowered my reps so for instance last time I would use a 10 lb. weight and do over 10 reps, this time I used a higher weight and did 8 reps, for muscle-building.

Day 36: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps; Ab Ripper

Pretty strenuous.   Always feel great afterward.
