Day 59: Shoulders & Arms; Ab Ripper

Catching up here as usual, I am almost a week behind posting this but I know the work out was done!

Day 58: Plyometrics

Ouch.

Day 57: Chest & Back; Ab Ripper

Killer.   Upped the weights and lowered the reps.  Also tied up my stretchy band around hte hook a couple of times.    Have missed Ab Ripper due to recovery week so had a hard time with it!

Day 55 & 56: Break

We took another “weekend break”!

Day 54: Core Synergistics

Just wasn’t feeling it with this one.    I was really tired for whatever reason and couldn’t seem to find the energy for it.

Day 53: Stretch

Kind of a nice break from all the other workouts.

 My coach invited me to a webinar about becoming a Beach Body coach.   The whole idea sounds intriguing but since I don’t use or like to promote all those supps, I’m afraid it’s not for me.  Sure sounds like a great biz op though.  Oh well!

Day 52: Kenpo

Both DH and I felt so draggy to get started.   We had a vigorous 1 hour work out last night in TKD so we were pretty bushed but we got through it.

Day 51: Core Synergistics

Pretty tiring.   Also some detox going on so I was wiped out and it was a challenge to give it my all.

Day 50: Cardio X

The kids and I opted for this in lieu of Yoga, which DH did upstairs on his own.    This is a mix of yoga, Kenpo, Core and Plyo.   I liked it a lot better than 1 1/2 hours of Yoga.

Day 49: Rest Day

This is our second rest day in a row, since we skipped Saturday’s workout.   We are okay with that, although I feel like something isn’t right, like I didn’t brush my teeth before going to bed or something!
